Progress

I am now past the run walk stage and am running 2 miles at 6 miles per hour and finishing with a mile walk up hill. I have successfully free climbed a 5.10 rout and can free climb most 5.9's. I’m still not that great with some of the harder boldering problems, so that needs some work.  I'm happy with my progress, but would like to be seeing more results in pants sizes. I think it's time to start bringing on the heavier workouts. Here I come Mr. squat bar and free weights.
